Prosvita platform makes it convenient for both teachers and students at Shybyrynska Secondary School to conduct their education.

The platform is simple and user-friendly. Most often, we work with sections such as the Gradebook, Schedule, and Class Leader's Page. Occasionally, we wish for more: quicker responses to changes in the educational process and the ability for administrators to view students' passwords.

I would definitely recommend the platform to my colleagues. As an administrator, I liked the platform. It is not complicated to use, which is essential in helping teachers adapt to the electronic system.

We have been using the Prosvita platform for several years now. I make use of features such as the 'journal,' 'schedule,' 'homework,' 'students,' and 'teachers.'

The Prosvita platform is user-friendly: you can attach any file and conduct classes through various services. It's convenient for reviewing 'unchecked homework' as you can immediately see all newly submitted assignments from students. However, it's a bit inconvenient that when checking homework, you need to make a note of assigning a grade in the gradebook.

Overall, the functionality is satisfying and sufficient. We have a suggestion for further development of video chats, to enable their use for the entire class rather than just for individuals. Milovska Gymnasium's team is using the PROSVITA platform for the first time in our activities this academic year. So far, we are using only the digital gradebook, and we are very satisfied with it. It's easy and straightforward to use. It has all the necessary sections for reporting: attendance, briefings, discussions, etc. Everything is convenient and straightforward. It's pleasing that the system automatically calculates thematic and semester grades. The attendance register is also great: you upload it, and the system fills it in automatically. This saves time, and it's fantastic. The most important thing is that when you print it, the gradebook looks exactly like the regular gradebook we used to keep in peacetime. In the fall, at our community's methodological studio, each deputy talked about the type of gradebook their institution uses. I spoke about PROSVITA and recommended its use. As a teacher, I most often conduct classes on the platform and use the homework functionality. For the deputy director, the indispensable features on the platform include attendance monitoring, checking gradebook entries, and managing the school's schedule. It is particularly convenient that you can create your own schedule for classes/bells on the platform.

The strengths of the platform include fast communication among the teaching staff, students, and parents, accessibility for all participants in the educational process, the ability to access archived data, a database of students, parents, and teachers, electronic reporting forms, an automatic system for calculating thematic and semester grades (which is both a strength and a weakness - it doesn\'t always calculate the average grade and sometimes has glitches, requiring manual verification because it only considers the latest grades), a quick response from the team to any issues that arise. The ability to edit records in case of difficulties due to unstable internet. Consideration of user feedback.

Weaknesses: occasional system glitches.
